Promotion Terms

Eligibility & one-time grant

Each organization is eligible for a one-time $100 promotional trial credit upon verifying a valid email address and phone number. No credit card or payment method is required to receive this promotional credit. The promotional credit is granted once per organization; multiple accounts created to circumvent this limit are strictly prohibited.

Promo models & daily spend limits

Promotional credit is held in a separate promotional balance and is spendable exclusively on direct models carrying the promo label. Promotional credit spending is limited to at most $1 per day, $7 per week, and $30 per month per organization. When a request calls a promo-labeled model directly, available promotional credit settles the usage up to the daily spend limit. Access to the full model catalog requires adding purchased credits ($5 minimum purchase, 0% platform fee).

No cash value, non-refundable & reversals

Promotional credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is never refundable or redeemable for cash. Promotional balances cannot be withdrawn or transferred between organizations. Any fraudulent activity, account duplication, phone verification evasion, or abuse of the promotional pool results in immediate revocation of promotional credits and account suspension.

Current pricing & archived promotions

Current customers should rely on the live pricing page and their account terms. nRouter offers one simple plan: Pay-as-you-go with a 0% platform fee, a $5 minimum purchase, and no subscriptions sold. Upstream model usage is settled at exact provider list pricing. The earlier promotional offer granting a $20 credit on a first purchase of $5 or more is archived and retired for new sales; sessions created before October 31, 2026 at 00:00 UTC remain grandfathered under their original terms.
