FAQs
Where should I start if I am stuck?
Start with the documentation. It answers most "how do I…" questions fastest. If it is about your specific account (a key, a budget, a failed request), open a ticket on the support page, email support@nrouter.ai, or use the in-app support drawer while signed in, since that carries your org context. If something looks down, check the status page first.
What is the difference between the Help Center and the docs?
The docs are reference material: API endpoints, SDK guides, code examples, and how each feature works. The Help Center (this page) is about getting help: it routes you to the right channel and links to common documentation topics. Use the docs to learn the product; use the Help Center when you need a person or a faster path.
How do I reach support about a specific API request?
Open a ticket on the support page or email support@nrouter.ai and include the request ID from your dashboard request log so the team can inspect the exact call.
Is support included on every plan?
Yes. Documentation, the status page, the community Slack, the in-app support drawer, and email support are available to every customer on pay as you go. Custom enterprise agreements can add a named technical contact.
I have a billing or credits question — who do I ask?
Email support@nrouter.ai for billing and credit questions tied to your account. For pricing structure — pay as you go, 0% platform fee, exact provider list prices, and $5 minimum credit purchase — the pricing page has the full breakdown. Procurement and invoicing contacts are on the contact page.
How do I report a security vulnerability?
Email security@nrouter.ai with the details — never post a vulnerability in the community Slack. We follow coordinated disclosure as outlined on the security page.
