Phone Verification
Set up SMS phone verification on your nRouter account for enhanced security. Protect organization resources with one-time verification codes during sign-in.
SMS phone verification provides one-time verification codes (OTP) to claim promotional trial credits, enable passwordless mobile login, and secure accounts across Pay as you go and Enterprise workspaces. Phone verification acts as an identity and anti-abuse verification layer, ensuring unique workspace trial activations alongside TOTP and recovery codes.
Phone verification is off by default for standard login.
Usage & policies
- Trial Activation: Verifying mobile SMS on Getting Started (
/[org]/getting-started) grants a one-time $100.00 promotional credit (no card needed; spent onpromo-labeled models subject to the current daily limit on Pricing) and auto-creates your starter trial key. - Login & Linking: Link mobile numbers at
/verify-phoneor sign in via the Phone OTP tab on/login. - Policy: Each mobile number (E.164 format) links to one account, and trial credits are limited to one grant per phone number, email, and organization. Test numbers are used in QA/dev environments.
